We categorize our scooters by age group and weight capacity. For toddlers, our three-wheeled Mini models offer stability, while older children and teens benefit from our adjustable two-wheeled Flow and Sprite series designed for agility.

What is your shipping policy for large equipment?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental US. Scooters are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours and arrive via ground shipping within 3-7 business days.

Do Micro Scooters come with a warranty?

Yes, all our scooters come with a limited 2-year manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. Please note that this does not cover wear and tear from stunt use or environmental damage.

Can I return a scooter if it has been used outdoors?

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging within 30 days. We cannot accept returns for scooters that show signs of outdoor use or tire wear.

Are replacement parts available for repairs?

Sustainability is core to our brand. We stock a full range of replaceable parts, including wheels, brakes, and handlebar grips, so you can repair your scooter instead of replacing it.

Is assembly required when my scooter arrives?

Most of our scooters arrive nearly fully assembled. You will typically only need to insert the handlebar into the deck or tighten a single bolt using the provided Allen key.
