Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Scooter
Carefully place the scooter and all accessories back into the original box, ensuring the product is clean and securely padded for transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to any authorized drop-off location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
